Services and Fees

We provide either Fee for Service or a Concierge plan to allow patients to select the type of psychiatric care that is right for them. All services are provided by Heather Luing, M.D., a triple board certified psychiatrist allowing you to benefit from a professional with the highest level of education, training and experience.

Concierge Psychiatric Services

Concierge Psychiatric Plan $200/month (1 year membership required)

• Initial Psychiatric Wellness Evaluation ( 60 – 90 minutes)
• Includes complete Psychiatric Evaluation ( Review of current symptoms, past psychiatric history, family and social history and a biopsychosocial formulation and treatment plan)
• Integrative Wellness Plan (including diet, exercise, sleep, micro nutrients, stress management and general lifestyle recommendations).
• One monthly Follow up Psychiatry appointment ( 30 min)
• Option of Virtual Tele Visits
• Email and Phone Access to M.D. with 24 hour response time guaranteed
• One monthly Biosound treatment (1 hour).
• Appointments scheduled within 1 week and no wait at appointment times
• For Professionals, regular coordination with PRN or IPN as required

Concierge Substance Treatment $200/month (1 year membership required)

• Detailed Substance Use Evaluation
• Initial Psychiatric Evaluation includes complete Psychiatric Evaluation (Review of current symptoms, past psychiatric history, family and social history, and a biopsychosocial formulation and treatment plan
• Evaluation for Medication Assisted Therapy (MAT)
• Monthly Injections of Vivitrol or Induction and Rx of Suboxone or other MAT as clinically appropriate.
• One monthly Follow Up Substance Abuse appointment (30min)
• One monthly Biosound treatment (1 hour)
• Appointments scheduled within 1 week and no wait at appointment times
• For professionals, regular coordination with PRN or IPN as required

Fee for Service Psychiatric Services

Initial Psychiatric Consultations:
Initial Integrative Psychiatric Consultation (60-90 min) $400

• Complete Psychiatric Evaluation (Review of current symptoms, past psychiatric history, family and social history and biopsychosocial formulation and treatment plan.
• Integrative Wellness Plan (including diet, exercise, sleep, micro nutrients and general wellness.

Initial Psychiatric Examination (60min) $300

• Complete Psychiatric Evaluation (Review of current symptoms, past psychiatric history, family and social history and a biopsychosocial formulation and treatment plan.

Follow Up Psychiatric Care
Comprehensive Psychiatric Follow Up (30 min) $200
Simple Medication Check/Refill (15min) $125
